On WINDIRs fourth and final full-length Likferd (2003), many of the folk elements that characterized the bands previous records were pushed to the background in favor of a stronger black metal influence.
The last record that Valfar wrote before he passed, ominously translated as funeral, marked a change to a much darker and brooding atmosphere. While Likferd has mostly remained in the shadows of Arntor and 1184, it is an album that saw WINDIR mature and for that reason is another important chapter of the bands legacy.
Moss green 12″ double vinyl (33rpm) in gatefold sleeve with sturdy.
Limited to 300 copies worldwide!
