Description

A Imitao do Vento is the newest solo album by Brazilian singersongwriter Mateus Moura, an artist born in Rio de Janeiro and raised in Par, in the North of Brazil. Drawing from the rich musical traditions of the Amazon and northeastern Brazil, the record blends contemporary songwriting with acoustic textures, subtle electronics, and lyrical storytelling rooted in nature and memory. Across 12 beautifully arranged tracks, Mateus navigates rhythms from baio to waltz and MPB, with intimate performances that capture both poetic depth and melodic warmth. Whether for fans of folk, world music, or independent singersongwriters, A Imitao do Vento delivers a compelling, immersive listening experience.
